  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Any product returned without prior approval from our support team.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email our customer support team to initiate a return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Shipping – Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  3. Inspection & Refund – Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
